Privacy policy

The data controller is Pro Digitala Design, a sole proprietorship run by Sreehas Sreejith in Uppsala, Sweden.

When you email, call or text me, I keep your name, email or phone number and what you write.

I use this to reply and give you a price. Legal basis: steps before a contract and my legitimate interest in answering questions.

It is kept for up to 12 months after our last contact unless we do business together.

Bookings are made through Cal.com. You give your name, email and meeting time, and optionally a message. Meetings take place on Cal Video.

Cal.com is my data processor and may process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers are protected by the safeguards the GDPR requires.

To do the work and invoice you, I keep contact details, company details and what we agreed. Legal basis: contract.

Invoices and accounting records are kept for seven years, as Swedish bookkeeping law requires.

This website does not use cookies for tracking or marketing.

The web host receives your IP address and technical details about your browser in order to show the page and protect it against attacks. This is my legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working.

I never sell your data. It is only shared with providers I need to run the business: email, booking (Cal.com), web hosting and accounting. They may only use it to provide their service to me.

You have the right to know what data I hold about you, have mistakes corrected, have data erased, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive your data in a common format.
